Bohemians ran out comfortable winners against Leinster Senior League side Glenville at Richmond Park on Sunday to book their place in the fourth round of the FAI Cup.

Pat Fenlon's side raced into a two-goal lead inside 30 minutes when Paddy Madden notched a brace.

But the Premier Division champions allowed Glenville back into the game when Mark Rossiter's mistake gave Jason Hegarty enough time to lob the ball into the Bohs net. However, Ken Oman restored their advantage just before half-time.

Substitute Jason Byrne got his name on the scoresheet in the 66th minute to remove any chance of an upset. Madden then completed his hat-trick with nine minutes left before Ruaidhri Higgins added the sixth and Byrne found the net again (89) to make it a magnificent seven for Pat Fenlon's side.
